"I began my fitness journey with Results Fitness in 2017. At the time, I was going through a rough patch. I was feeling bad about myself mentally, emotionally, and physically. I don't remember a time when I didn't struggle with my body image. I tried so many diets and nothing stuck - I knew I deserved better."


"The transformation challenge was a springboard to my Results Fitness journey. Since then I have participated in just about every activity and challenge that the gym has presented. I like the accountability and strategy sessions that come with each event. Every accomplishment was a stepping stone for my goals. I definitely have more to accomplish but those goals I dreamed of for so long - no longer seem out of reach. If I have a bad day or a bad week I know that at Results Fitness I can refocus and get right back into it.

Molly has gone from a size 12 to a size 4 - losing 23 pounds and 10% body fat.

Molly also recently competed in the Spartan Sprint - in Castaic, CA. She not only beat her goal time but was strong enough to get up the rope after already running 3 miles.
